Tamara holds a law degree from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and a Master’s Degree in Labor Law Advisory and Consulting from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, Spain.
Her professional practice focuses on both individual and collective labor law, advising national and multinational companies on labor and employment matters.
With extensive experience in labor litigation, she represents companies in proceedings of varying complexity, including dismissals, violations of fundamental rights, anti-union practices, workplace accidents, and other employment-related disputes.
Her practice also encompasses collective bargaining, as well as ongoing advice on union matters and collective labor relations.
Her experience in corporate labor and employment matters includes hiring and termination processes, restructurings, labor audits, and labor due diligence in the context of M&A transactions.
In the immigration field, Tamara was in charge of the immigration practice at Bofill Mir Abogados, advising companies and foreign employees on immigration matters.
Prior to joining Arab Abogados, she worked at Bofill Mir Abogados (2022–2025), ECIJA Otero (2021–2022), and EDN Abogados (2020–2021).
