Is a lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, graduating with two specialty certificates in Labor and Social Security Law and Procedural Law. He holds a diploma in labor and social security law specializing in collective labor law and negotiation, from the same university, and a diploma in social and labor policies at the School of Economics and Business of the University of Chile.
He is a member of the Chilean Bar Association and the Chilean Society of Labor Law and Social Security.
He has centered his professional practice in the handling of complex labor litigation, intervening in processes of fundamental rights infringement, unjustified dismissals, declarations of sole employer and subterfuge, liability under a subcontracting regime, anti-union and unfair practices, workplace accidents and occupational diseases, judicial appeal of administrative fines, null and void dismissals, collection of benefits, among others, representing companies in the different instances.
Likewise, he has experience in corporate advice to national and international clients regarding labor and social security matters, having participated in hiring and dismissal processes; definition of benefits for employees; labor due diligence; preparation and implementation of internal regulations of order, hygiene and safety; internal investigations; challenging fines imposed by administrative agencies; among others.
He has also participated in collective bargaining processes, requests for minimum services and various union issues.
Among the clients he has advised are companies in the areas of construction and civil works, food processing and commercialization, mining, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, banks and other financial institutions, transportation and energy, among others.
Prior to joining Arab Abogados, he worked in the labor department of Carey y Cia (2023-2025).
