She is a lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, graduating with a specialty certificate in Labor and Social Security Law. She holds a diploma in immigration legislation and Hiring of Foreigners and is currently pursuing an LLM on business law at the same university.

She has focused her practice on labor and social security matters, providing strategic advice to national and multinational companies, actively participating in employee hiring and termination processes, internal policy design, compensation and benefits plan implementation, and labor relations management. She has experience in handling administrative proceedings upon the Labor Board and other public entities, as well as in labor audits, regulatory compliance programs and due diligence processes in M&A contexts.

She has also participated in collective bargaining procedures and direct relations with trade unions, and has extensive experience in complex labor lawsuits, particularly in matters such as anti-union practices, fundamental rights infringements, workplace accidents and unfair dismissals.

Prior to joining Arab Abogados, she worked in Lagos Maclean Abogados (2016-2017; 2022-2025) and Labbé Ovalle Guglielmetti Abogados (2018-2022). Likewise, she worked as a defense attorney at the Labor Defense Office of Santiago (2017-2018).

On an academic level, she has been a teaching assistant in Labor Law and a guest lecturer in the Legal Training Program for Workers and Employers at the Law School of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
