EShe is a lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires, holding a degree with a specialization in International Law. She also holds a Diploma in International Assignments and Labor Mobility from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.

Her professional practice has been focused on immigration advisory services for multinational companies, covering hiring processes, entry procedures, as well as employment termination or role changes.

She has assisted companies in improving their foreign hiring plans, mitigating risks, and enhancing the expatriate experience.

She has solid knowledge of Chilean Migration Law, Social Security, and Labor Law for foreign employees. She provides guidance on immigration processes within and outside of Chile, ranging from Temporary Residence to Permanent Residency. Additionally, she assists foreign nationals with the various administrative procedures necessary for their integration into Chile.

Throughout her eight years of experience in Immigration Law, she has worked at Fragomen, EY, and Deloitte, coordinating and advising on large-scale immigration processes, ensuring compliance in hiring procedures for both companies and employees.
