He is a lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and has focused his practice on labor and social security matters.

His professional work has been centered on corporate labor advisory services, covering both individual and collective labor matters. In individual labor matters, he has experience in drafting employment documentation, hiring processes, developing compensation and benefits plans, and advising on the implementation of internal regulations regarding order, hygiene, and safety. In collective labor matters, he has expertise in interpreting collective agreements and participating in collective negotiations, from the preparation stage to the signing of collective contracts or agreements.

He has advised companies from various industries, including construction, telecommunications services, food production and distribution, retail, banking support services, aesthetic clinics, educational institutions, logistics, and agriculture, among others.

Entre los clientes que ha asesorado, se encuentran empresas pertenecientes a los rubros de la construcción, de servicios de telecomunicaciones, elaboración y comercialización de productos alimenticios, empresas de retail, instituciones de apoyo al giro bancario, clínicas estéticas, instituciones educativas, de logística y rubro agrícola, entre otros.

Before joining Arab Abogados, he worked in the corporate labor area of the law firm Provoste Matamala (2022).
